SSI question, please help?? :)?

My dad starting receiving SSI payments, he is receiving 1195 per month, that is the only income coming in. he is disabled (diabetic) and Medicaid has denied his case several times due to his income...he has to see around five different doctors for treatments. And no money for medications :( I just talked to a retired social security employee and told me he was being overpaid??? And I am so confused since I didn't know what is too little or too much!is that bad???and if it is what should we do...?please help I am so confused

There are very very few things he could pass on to other dogs and being an inside dog the chances of him having one of those issues is next to none. So no reason for him to be confined. Next it is likely a reaction to something but without knowing what you are better off leaving it alone other than the bath until you can see a vet. Such a small breed should be given medicine by a vet only. Benadryl in a dog under 5 lbs can kill.

Nutrigrain bar stuck in carpet?

Toddlers got a nutrigrain bar stuck in our carpet. Tried resolve, steam cleaning, etc nothing will get out the remnants of this sticky mess. It looks almost like gum matted and stuck in. Tried to freeze it also. I can't get it out. Any suggestions?

If a police officer pulls you over and wants to search the car who does he listen to the driver or the owner?

If a police officer pulls you over for a minor violation ( turn signal, etc...) and he wants to search the car who can give him or deny him that? Lets say the driver is a friend and the owner is the passenger? The driver says yes and the owner says no who would he listen to ( or vice versa )?

Is my brother going to be a late bloomer?

He is 18 and 5"5. His voice still hasn't fully deepened and when he works out his musceles still do not look fully developed at all. Like when he works his chest, it caves in and it never really goes out xD it's kind of funny. He also doesn't really ever shave because he never grows a beard. I am 17 and 5"7 yet I shave frequently every day and I am very hairy. I've got hair in my crotch area that extends all over my legs as well and I no longer get acne so I think I'm finished. This worries me because I am just barely 5"7 and I still want to grow, and I'm afraid my brother is a late bloomer and will pass me up and leave me as a shorty in the family :,(. What do you think?
