37 wks preg, bad pains in lower abdomin at nite, what is it?

Im having my c section on July 7th, 2nd child. I was at Dr yest, she said hes very low, hasnt dropped yet. No dialation. The last 3 nits, including tonite when i get ready to go to bed or am in bed, i get these stabbing, horrible pains just above my pubic bone. They make me cringe pretty bad. Kinda feels like some pressure from the babies head down there? Have a weird feeling in crotch. What might it b?
