I feel guilty for dirty dancing, should I tell my BF?

I'm in a long distance relationship and last night I went out to a club and got a little too buzzed. Some guys were grinding up against me and trying to kiss me (but I would pull away so they only kissed my cheek). I also was touching this guys crotch and rubbing. I feel so guilty and would hate if my BF did that when I wasn't around. Should I tell him just to ease my guilt? We have a really honest relationship and I think I should tell him (instead of him accidentally finding out through mutual friends)
