That's terrible. I know you think it won't help to tell an adult, but it really will. Your parents will call the police, and rightfully so. This is criminal assault, and needs to be treated as such. You say you have no proof, but your word, plus your friend's, as well as the evidence of physical injuries will be proof enough.
