What would be a good Xbox 360 game to get?

I have not played many of these games, but I have played Halo Reach and I hated it. I would most likely pick Fable ll because it will keep being fun for a long time, unlike many of these games. Also this is not on your list but for 240 msp you can buy fortresscraft. This is an awesome game so you should try it out.
