Is she going into labor?!?

so my sister is due next week (the 29th).. shes having what we think are contractions right now (she said theyre about 15 minutes apart) she said she feels like the baby is down by her "crotch" (sorry for the TMI) and she said she feels sick too.. her legs hurt and theyre swollen along with her feet.. she also said that she feels like she constantly has to pee.. do you think its a possibility shes going to be in labor soon? any info helps!
